Having a 198m high office tower forming an iconic landmark and adjacent SOHO towers, Hotel, Shopping Mall, Bus Station, Cultural Centre, Residential Apartments, Basement retail including supermarket and two further basement levels for car parking. The site itself is dissected by an existing road, and therefore the shopping mall has a bridge link. Pedestrian commercial/retail streets connect the minus one level with the ground level retail and restaurants.
The icon office tower sports the Chuan character in the vertical fins either side. there is a large roof garden surmounted with a sky restaurant and helipad. An important feature of the design was the bus station link to the second ring road and the newly built metro station. The design achieved the metro links at both ground and basement levels.
